We are an enterprise customer, and I am not seeing a place to submit a bug support case, so I will put it here. Feel free to submit for me, or if there is a patch/fix it would be appreciated. In the last week we migrated 3 more phones systems into our 3cx system, and now have all 4 locations on one installation. The three migrations went flawless with siptrunk.com handing the ports, and my boss and I doing all of the programming.
However, building out all of my new reports for each branch office (ring groups, inbound call detail, queues, and agent) I left most of them at 5:01pm to catch the days activities. However, what I am finding is that only some of the reports consistently fire. It is almost as if I have to set them one second off each other to fix this (Which I intend to do).
So
A) Is this a know bug, and in dev to be fixed?
B) Any chance there is an easier way to go through the reports to see when each is scheduled to adjust vs clicking one by one? (Each edit moves the edited to the top, and I have to resort it again, painful).
C) Any chance the scheduled run time can be added to the main report list, so we can see what they are?
D) Lastly a wish list item, can you allow ad hoc reports to stay on the screen, so we can run at will vs having to recreate each time? If I change a scheduled report to "run now", it disappears, and I have to rebuild it again. So when a manager walks in and wants an ad hoc report i have to build from scratch each time, again painful.
Most important, is how to I get my reports to run consistently?
