Hallo, I've got several customers (most eldery) who activate "hold call" by accident when the hold the android smartphone too far from their ear, so the display activates and then push back to the ear.
Unfortunately there isn't much we can do here as it isn't 3CX's behaviour that is causing this issue as much as the individual settings on the phone itself. You'll notice that different devices have different distances which enable the touch options.
