Hi,
I found out that when you generate reporting on abandoned queue calls, the list of agents within the queue only follows the latest change of the agent's sequence. Meaning if I have agent A and agent B in the queue and then later I changed the agent B with agent C, the whole reporting will only show agent A and C. Agent B would be missing in the report even-though it was available earlier.
But i think this is not fair for agent C if previously agent B is the one who did not logged in but in report showed agent C instead.
I've reported to 3cx but they said this is by design and i should put in as an idea if i think this is not correct. Can any1 share your opinion on this?
