Hello

This is my first time ever using this..

I'm got v16 of the CFD and im following a guide.

it says to press Build > Build All to generate a ZIP.

Im not getting a zip file -

Error: Menu component 'MainMenu' has no subsequent prompts defined. (file Main.flow)

what am i doing wrong?
what is the solution?

You need to add subsequent prompt. Double click your Menu component, and you will see the configuration dialog:


From there you can add these prompts.

The Menu component works as follows:
1) It plays the initial prompts and waits for DTMF input.
2) If no input is received, or and invalid input is received, the appropriate error prompts are played, and then the subsequent prompts are played.

This way, you can use the Initial Prompts to play the instructions, like "Enter your customer category number". And in case of error, you can use the Subsequent Prompts to explain in more detail what the user should enter, for example "Enter your customer category number, you can find it in the upper right corner of your invoice".

If you want to play the same message in both cases, you can configure the same prompts.
