I am testing free hosted 3cx for small car service client.I added chat button on their test web site works well with android phone app. and I am about to get sip trunks and test the phone functions. but What ever I tried I cant import more than 349 contacts system don't let me. also system don't allow emails whatever format I tried. I edited csv headers with notepad++ still not be able to move any data if the any fields empty those fields not imported.
I read entire forum posts but no answer. I read entire post of Vali's. I think company phone book very important for this client They have about 8k clients in phone book and needs to be in the 3cx. because dispatch (only 3 user) work remotely they must see who is calling their numbers and email addresses and resident addresses. This way when their customer calls at the airport for pickup they see all that information without go to pc screen and check their dispatch software.
Some of the customers vip (they dont have registered on their name) and some of the customers phone from company so sip providers caller id service mislead and useless. We need to move those contacts to 3cx
