Hi All,
I’m looking for some advice or recommendations around bulk SMS and client messaging solutions, ideally with experience of how these can work alongside 3CX.
We have a customer with a growing requirement for accurate, compliant bulk messaging from desktops or laptops, rather than relying on individual work mobiles. They would need staff members to have access, with the ability to send messages, receive inbound replies and retain a clear record of all communication between staff and clients.
Ideally, inbound responses would be routed into 3CX, but we would also be open to a separate desktop or browser-based platform if that is the better approach.
Has anyone implemented something similar, or does anyone have any recommendations for providers or systems worth exploring?
