Solved Burst through DND?

Hi Folks,

Is there a way another user can ring through when DND is on? Without changing their status for them?

The only way you can do that is with a Wake Up Call. This is the only way an extension (room) will be contactable through the DND status.

You can have queue calls ring on an agent's phone regardless of the DND setting. Maybe you can leverage that feature?
