Busy tone issue

Is there any way to activate busy tone in 3CX when I am in another call. Forwarding option does not allows this option

Hello @aslampa,

You can achieve this by selecting the End call on "If I'm busy or my phone is unregistered" selection under the extension's Forwarding rules.
The caller will hear a busy tone before the call is ended.
