How can I change the button position on the site?

You'd need to use the embed code to do this. You can generate your html code here: https://www.3cx.com/live-chat/code-generator/

On the final page where the code is generated, click the link below the code to edit options and see what parts of the code it changed. The first line 'style="position: fixed; left: 20px; bottom: 20px;' is responsible for the location of the button on your site / page.

We use a WordPress plugin, how can we do it here?

Alternatively you could use Gutenberg Blocks to see if that would help you achieve what you want. There is a "WP Live Chat" block available after you install the plugin.
