Hello, we are trying to set up a flow where if someone internally calls an extension that is on DND that they are still able to pass through if it's urgent.

We want something like the following:
1: Caller (003) calls callee (001) who is on DND
2: It goes through to an IVR, one of the options is "If urgent press x to be passed through"
3: The IVR then passes the call back to the extension which lets the call through instead of passing back to the IVR

Does anything like this exist? Is it possible with the CFD at all?

If your extension is in DND, I do not believe there is a way of bypassing the status. However, I did check and there appears to be an option to receive Ring Group calls even when your status is in DND. I cannot imagine creating a ring group for every extension, but maybe for a select group that would work? I've not tried this....

I can confirm that what @VoIPTools mentioned is possible but he's right about it being tedious to setup and manage unless only wanting this to apply for a couple of extensions. Do bear in mind that, the way you describe it would probably mean that you would need a separate IVR for every extension too.

Thanks for the responses both, this particular workaround does work quite nicely for us, as it is only for a few extensions. We actually already have some separate IVRs for extensions that loops back to their voicemail so I'm no stranger to setting up a batch of the same thing for different individuals!
Thanks for the help.
