Cal Queue

Hello Everyone
First of all thanks for checking the post.I have a situation where i m setting up a call Queue to ring 2 Agents first simultaneously first and start the 3rd Agent only after 3 rings,so now all 3 Agents will start ring in the queue and whoever can answer the call at that point .i m coming from Panasonic mentality and we always do this with RING GROUPS where we can make a one or more extensions ring first and after that we can also have other extensions programmed to ring after 1 ring ,2 rings 3 rings.I wonder if i can do that with 3cx call queue or call group.
And in order to achieve this i m even thinking to create 2 Queue and only put first two Agents in that first Queue and than expire the Queue after about 10 sends and configure another 2nd Queue as an Destination if no answer and have all 3 members rings simultaneously (RING ALL) .Any other better idea...? Again thanks in advance.

You could do something like this using Ring Groups, where the first group has two members, and a second has the same two, plus a third. The destination if no answer, on the first can be set to route to the second. The issue, may be getting the timing just right.
Why would you not simply have all 3 extensions ring at once. If the "third" extension is the only one there to answer the call, you accomplish the same result.
