I've followed the integration instructions for Office 365, and Calendars.Read is definitely enabled but I get the error that it's missing.

You have set up "delegated permissions" and not "application permissions". When you change this, everything should work fine

And I'm an idiot. Thanks for pointing that out. I made the change and waited about 15 minutes and it's not fixed. Should I wait longer or nuke it and start from scratch on the integration?

Happened to me too, that's how I found your post

Should not take much more than a couple of minutes for it to work. The page will show the message: "Status OK. Real Time Notifications to Office 365 and back are working. This means that changes from Office 365 to 3CX will be updated."

Otherwise you might want to check here for the exact steps to follow

Thanks again. I went to update to v16RC and my instance has a problem. Our provider is working on that issue first and once that's done I'll check into this more.
