Solved call answered by the the recepcionist and but not possible to dial an extension of menu

when I call to a company in 3cx and the recepcionist of the the company answers and ask me to press a extension or a button it happens that I press but the recepcionist doesnt recieve like any button were pressed. I would like to know why and How I solve it.

To clarify, do you mean you're calling out using 3CX to an IVR of some other company, or do you mean you're receiving an inbound call to your 3CX IVR?

yes Iam calling out using 3cx to an ivr of other company. when I press the option doesnt happen what is supposed to do.

In the Web Client only: Can you try and call the Voicemail of that extension and do the prompts work when inputting options? If so, call the IVR again from the Web Client, do the inputs work?

I did it, with voicemail it is fine but with the ivr of other company it does not work.

When sending DTMF outward, 3CX will send DTMF (RFC 2833) if supported by the provider.However, in your case, you seem to be using an FXO gateway which will have to receive the DTMF inputs and convert it to in-band to then send it over an analogue line. As you're using an unsupported gateway, we cannot guarantee that this gateway will work. For your consideration, I'm attaching our supported gateways here.

I'd suggest speaking with a 3CX Partner to assist you to further investigate where the problem is occurring.

. I change the parameters of dtmf in my gateway and it is solved now.
