Hi.
I see this has been reported several times (here and here), old threads are closed so I'm opening a new one.
User reported, happened two times in less than two weeks, that two extensions were able to pick up the same call. They ended up in a conversation call among the two and the external caller.
Both times the involved extensions were a local (LAN) phone (Fanvil X7C) and a remote 3CX App (Android). Both the extensions are in the same ring group (ringall).
I'm pasting here the conversation log. The caller was on the phone with IVR, then extensions 23 (Android) and 24 (Fanvil) picked up the call. Shortly after 23 hung up and the external caller went on talking with 24, which finally transferred them to 25. As you can see the conversation between 24 and the caller is not logged.

I checked event log but there are no messages in that time frame. Is there any other place I can look at to find more information?
Setup: 3CX 16.0.5.611, Debian9 hosted in house. Firewall check ok, no custom firmware.
