Hi 3CX, one of our customers is experiencing the same issue as the following post https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...two-locations-one-could-hear-the-other.64620/ they are running version 16.0.504.
They have reported it multiple times so I'm hoping that we can obtain the log files required and send on to 3CX. What files and information do you need to start diagnosing this?
