call answered Scenario

Hi,
Is possible write a Scenario that send to a my webservice at the answered moment NUMBER and AGENT (number who answer)?

Hello Simo,

No, the lookup scenario is executed before the call is answered, so you don't have the agent extension. And the Call Journaling scenario is executed when the call ends. No scenario is executed when the call is answered.
