Hi !

I would like to land on SVI with the "Destination if No Answer" from a call queue to give the caller few choices :
- Press 1 : for voicemail (for example)
- Press 2 : for Mr John Doe
etc...

and the most important : Press 9 if you want to be called back.

For the last DTMF i don't see how it can be done? the call back function would be great in a SVI !

Hello @onetwo1

You can offer the callback option while the caller is waiting in the Queue and use the Destination if no answer to give the caller the options to connect to voicemail or other destinations by connecting to a Digital receptionist. You need a PRO licence to enable the callback feature.

Hi! thx for the reply !

I'm on an Enterprise edition

In fact, the client wants the callback feature as the final/ultimate solution for a too long queue.

In the call queue, we offer the callback feature from the the first second of the queue and we have to deal with the possibility to have a high level of failed callback.

OR, to stay with the call queue, it would be great to choose when the audio message containing/announcing the call back feature will be delivered. This way we announce the possibility of pressing 2 to be called back after 3 or 4 minutes waiting.

In the actual call queue, there is only 1 waiting audio message

You could have the queue timeout forward the call to a second Queue with the same agents where the callback feature is offered with the intro prompt message.
