Solved Call barge and whisper not showing

Hi all, i have a PRO license with a couple of people on the same group.

my extension is a manager and the other extensions are users my rights lets me barge listen and whisper

but when another extension makes a phone call i right click on the part where it turns blue on the web client and it doesn't give me that option of barge/listen/whisper

please help thanks

I figured it out in order to barge/listen/whisper you have to do it under SWITCHBOARD not PEOPLE
