"Call Busy" button flashing

I can't turn off the "Call Busy" button, the one to the left of the microphone button. It keeps flashing and flashing and when I click it it dials a number. Short of creating another account is there anyway to turn it off.

And you're using this with...a VoIP provider, as a 3CX extension...?

Did it work at some point, then changes were made?

Does it show as registered?

Yes to all.
I think what happened is that I mistakenly dialed my extension and now I can't turn it off.

I just opened another account. and it went away.
All my softkeys stayed the same.
