Call by Name - Announce Destination before Transfer

It seems very strange to me, but it appears that when using the call by name directory if you enter the name of an extension and there is a single match you are instantly transferred to an extension without any announcement. It would be really helpful, even if there is only a single match to be prompted or have the name announced before transfer. Is there something I'm missing here?
