Call by Name directory with people who have the same letters of the last name

Hello all, I am trying to resolve an issue where I have 2 people whose last names both start with STA. When STA is entered in the Call by Name option, it automatically always goes to one of these people without any option of which one the caller intended. How does one correct this issue?

That means the other person with the same three letters has not yet recorded their self id message. Extensions are only found in the directory once they record that message. Then on a duplicate 3CX will play the self ids and ask the user which one.
