is there a report to find out what users have recorded a voicemail greeting and Personal ID?

This is required by Call by Name and I would like to find out who isn't setup

We now have a tool 3CX Auto Self ID that automatically creates the Self Identification Message if missing. Each night a service looks for missing recordings and creates a new ID using Amazon text-to-speech if needed.
