Call can not be answered on android 10 device

Hello

I have enterprise 16.0.8.9.
When I call my colleague who has a android 10 device with the latest 3cx app from my mac 3cx app 16.0.10 the colleague can not pick up the call.
If i use a windows 3cx client it works.

When I call a colleague who has a android 11 device with the latest 3cx app from my mac 3cx app 16.0.10 the colleague can pick up the call just fine.

Just wondering if this is a bug only i have or if you also have the problem?

Do you face this same issue when making the call from any other client IP Phone? Do bear in mind that the 3CX Mac Client is no longer being developed nor is it supported so any call flows involving the 3CX Mac Client are also not supported. I'd recommend using the 3CX Webclient via a browser such as Google Chrome instead, do you still get the same issue if you do so?
