Hey Team,

Ealastix 2.4.0.2 with Call Center Install & WebRTC Installed.....

Call Center Login Issue: When agent goes to login, after entering the Agent Number, then the extension, then pressing "Enter",
the system will dial the assigned extension, upon answering that extension the system immediately ask for a password. If the agent enters any password it automatically returns a "Incorrect Password" then it ask "Please enter the Agent Number followed by the pound", the it ask for the password again. After that Agent logs in ok. Question is, is this normal for it to ask for a password first instead of agent number first or is there a problem in the code and if so where does one look to correct it so that it prompts for agent number first then the password?


Call Center Agent Issue: when agent goes to take a break it displays "Error while starting break - Unable to start break - 500 - Unable to start agent break" ------ again is this a issue with code or is one to assume the agent is a slave to the system and only can take breaks when the system says it can....lol.

WebRTC Issue: After installing WebRTC, agent signs in , the dial pad displays in lower left of call center, and just above that I see "Browser Not Supported"... Using Firefox 35.0.1... or, is WebRTC only useable with Chromium?

I think I may have found answered to question # 3. I found this with further searching on another post by navaismo:

Hi, those errors aren't related with the Addon at all, are from your dialplan.
About the addon due to the latest changes in the WebRTC protocol and the Update of google chrome the addon its deprecated for Elastix 2.4.

We are going to fix all and to rewrite the addon when the Elastix 2.5 with CentOS 7 see the light.

Yes, the webrtc addon is totally deprecated due to the latest changes of WebRTC protocol and the older CentOS 5.

The addon will be redisegned for elastix 2.5 with CentOS 7.
