Call Centric No Caller ID

Just moved one of my trunks over and i have inbound caller ID setup however im not getting inbound. Do we have to adjust the trunk settings? I figured this would have been done with the template

No sure exactly what you mean. Are you not seeing the inbound name or the number? Are calls coming in through Callcentric?
