Call Control API Returning Error for Make Call

Hello,

We are facing a challenge whereby for some extensions whereby calls via control API request returns Call initiated but 3CX returned invalid data. The API Returns {"finalstatus":"Success","reason":"NotSpecified","result":null,"reasontext":""} the call system sends a "Make Call" call to the extension but when they pick the call disconnects.

MakeCall on DN gives a "call transfer failed", whatever format we use for the destination number.

MakeCall on a specific device works perfectly.
