Call control with Plantronics Calisto 610

Is it possible to use call controle (ie the buttons on the device) in combination with the Softphone client for

From the device you have mentioned (Plantronics Calisto 610) then no not as standard. You maybe able to write some App or middleware that could do this possibly.

You can use CTI mode from the clients however with supported/preferred IP phones such as Yealink, snom etc and the 3CX client for Windows.

The idea was not to use a CTI client.
The device has a button to answer/hangup. This doesn't work with the 3CX client. It does with other clients using the Plantronics Hub software.
