Not really a 3cx question but someone might know as there is some overlap.

I have a load of CDR files from Gamma (The SIP Trunk used for 3cx), is there a free program I can feed them into to analyses them for billing? (Excluding Excel)

What field format are the CDR files in - perhaps you could post one record (anonymised if necessary) as an example?

Oh, I didn't know there were different formats. The file is txt and this is the header.

Code:
"Call Type","Call Cause Definition Required","Customer Identifier","Non-Charged Party","Call Date","Call Time","Duration","Bytes Transmitted","Bytes Received","Description","Chargecode","Time Band","Salesprice","Salesprice (Pre-Bundle)","Extension","DDI","Grouping ID","Call Class (Feature)","Carrier","Recording","VAT","Country of Origin","Network","Retail Tariff Code","Remote Network","APN","Diverted Number","Ring time","Record ID","Currency","Caller Line Identity","Network Access Reference","NGCS Access Charge","NGCS Service Charge","Total Bytes Transferred","User ID","Onward Billing Reference","Contract Name","Bundle Name","Bundle Allowance","Discount Reference","Routing Code"

The First Line is

Code:
"V","0","DC2N16OHR0000_A1","+447500110000","27/10/2020","08:11:00","283","","","UK Mobile Vodafone","UKNFM5","1","0.000000","","","","","stSIPD","Gamma","","","","","2544","","","","","C52E4C0F27086D494DBB925DCD360000","GBP","+441249810000","DC2N16OHR0000_A1","","","","","","AddonDC2N16OHR0000_A1","SIP to Mobile AYCE","214740000","",""

The file name is FZG_Daily_Calls_000_27102000_28424000_113_STCM_V3

Ive added 0000 to try an anonymize the data a bit

Your CDRs are in UK FCS format, so they are at least fixed/standard field definitions. I haven't worked with this particular format, but I'm not aware of any free packages that will do what you want. Going forwards, could you instead capture CDRs from 3CX and then process these to get the same result?
