Similar to a post that has been made to this forum recently, I'm facing call drops after 30 seconds. Internal AND external calls are affected so that this can have nothing to do with NAT or similar. I use a VOIP hardphone (Linksys SPA922) and an analog phone connected to an ATA (Zyxel Prestige 2302R). Unfortunately, I don't see any error messages on the log file.

19:57:57.564 StratLink::onHangUp [CM104001] Call(2): Ext.100 hung up call; cause: BYE; from IP:192.168.2.104

19:57:18.878 CallConf::onProvisional [CM103003] Call(2): Ext.100 is ringing
19:57:18.567 CallConf::onIncoming [CM103002] Call(2): Incoming call from 102 (Ext.102) to sip:[email protected]

Already tried to re-install the 3CX software and also de-activated the "re-invite" option - no success ...

Can anybody help?
Thanks, Stefan

For extensions, is "Bind to Media Server" checked?
If yes, try unchecked, or vice versa.
Is PC at decent minimum specs?
What type of OS?
I actually had issues with my Anti-Virus program and had to exempt 3CX directory.
Firewall enabled with proper exceptions?
Just some suggestions :?

Seems to be rather a problem with the ATA

Hi there,
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried several things and noticed that it is in fact only the ATA (Zyxel R2302R) that causes the problem (internal and external calls). All calls that go to and come from the Voip hardphone are ok. I checked the config of the ATA but did not find anything so far. I use the ATA in normal extension mode Does anybody have an idea whether there is a special config setting needed for ATAs?
Cheers, Stefan

I couldn't find any info on that ATA at all so this is just a shot in the dark based on experience. Sorry in advance if it isn't helpful.

It could be that there is a keep alive or max call time setting on that ATA.

Check for those things first. Also check the timer's unit of measurement if they are present.
