Hi,

So i updated my Yealink firmware today (I have Yealink T23G) to the latest supported version in 3CX. After this update 3CX started dropping calls. The drops are between 0:01 seconds and max 2 minutes. This happens on incomming, outgoing, and internal calls. This happens with the Yealink, 3CX app, and the Windows Client.

I have detailed logging available, please help me with this.

In addition:

Turning off "PBX delivers audio" does not help.

Sometimes when the call gets terminated the receiver is parked for about 10 seconds

Hi,

After the firmware update, please reset the phone to factory default by pressing the OK button for >10 sec, re-provisioning and try again.

Hope this will help.

I did it diffrently. The issue really came after updating to the new phone firmware, but we only use 2 hardware phones. So I removed them from 3CX so there is no longer a connection with them, also they now have not ethernet. So the HW Phones should no longer be an issue, but still my problem persists.

The weirdest thing is that its also internally.
