Is it possibe to configure that whenever a call is made from a specific extension an email will be sent ? Or instead of specific extension specific trunk

Thanks

In multi office enviroment we have a bit complicated 911 handling and we cant just use emergency number section under PBX setting
But we need a way to be notified as soon as 911 call is made

Easy, under:

Settings >> Email Settings >> Notifications.

Notify if: "Someone dials an Emergency Number"

By multi-office environment do you mean that you have multiple separate businesses using the same PBX - as this setting is a global notification - please advise.

For this notification to work you need to list emergency numbers under PBX settings
As soon as you list them there you loose the ability to control 911 calls via outbound roules
"When dialled, this number will ignore outbound in office or out of office rules"

We have seperate 911 trunks for each office and we wont be able to use them if we will list 911 under emergency numbers section

Yeah you are right on that one. You will not be able to control this.

Do you have different trunks and providers or have you a block of DDI's from the same provider that you have split into multiple trunks (not commonly done but I have seen it).

They are "virtual" trunks. They go back to our own 3CX
Its just because when we dial 911 we want the call to be seen as a call from main office number and not from the extension DID.
In any other call we want extension DID number to be shown

Take a look at our "3CX 911 (Emergency) Notifier". We can send notifications via email, SMS, phone (using text-to-speech), and desktop screen pop. Notifications are sent based on location even with a shared PBX across multiple locations. You create 3CX extension groups that represent locations, and then assign notifications based on extension group membership. And your existing outbound rules will still work too.

Its a good feature, but its going to be very expensive for us
