Call failed; Not found

I can make outbound calls from the web portal fine. I can't make them from the android phone. I receive "Call failed; Not found from the app. In the management portal the only log that's generated is
```Extension 000 is registered, contact: sip:[email protected]:50195;transport=TCP;rinstance=1-;ob;inst="xxx"```

How can I debug this further?

Is the issue only with outbound calls? Can you receive calls and call other extensions from the android client? If so the first thing you need to check is your outbound rules and if the call matches any of the outbound rules you have created.
