Call Flow App for dialing out with PIN interdigit timer too short

Good day all.
I have the above setup which works fine. A user dials Call Flow App extn number and is asked to input PIN, when pin is verified user is asked to input the required outgoing number. If the user inputs a few digits and pause the number is processed before the user completes inputting the full number.
How can the inter-digit timeout for this procedure be increased on 3cxv18 Linux to give the user enough time to complete the number? Users are using Grandstream GXP1625. Is the fix done on the phones or on 3cx?

Just play with the timeout of the user input component.

Thank you for the advise. One last thing, is it possible to retreive a Call Flow App from 3CX in order to open it as a project in CFD to edit and how?

Nope, you need the original project files.
