Call forwarding away with personal greetings

when I forward a call to "away" and I record a greeting for "away" why I get the system greeting instead of my recording

Do you mean the call is send to the voicemail of the user or somewhere else?

yes to this user and state is away, why I get the default greetings when I add a personal?
