A user has her cell phone set up to forward all calls to her 3CX DID.
When users call her cell phone, they reach the main line's IVR instead of her DID. Why would that happen?
Inbound rules for that DID are set up to forward calls to the user's extension.
When callers call the user's DID directly, they reach the user's extension instead of the main IVR, so there's no problem there. The problem is only when they call the user's cell phone forwarding to her DID.
The main IVR (digital receptionist) is only associated with our main line.
