Call forwarding to external number not working

Hi.

Installed 3CX version is 15.5 SP6.

I want to forward a call to 3 external mobile numbers.

Therefore i created an extension for each mobile number, configured the mobile number inside the extension and set "Forwward to mobile" for any forwarding rules.

Then i created a ring group and configured those extensions as members.

Now when i dial one of the created internal extension from an internal phone, the forwarding to the mobile number is working fine.

When i dial the extension from the created ring group, i get a "busy" and call forwarding is not working.

Does someone has any ideas why this is not working?

Found the cause.
I had to configure the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously" for each extension.

Exactly...normally ring group members, forwarding options, are followed, only if a call is made direct to the extension number.
