call forwarding to the outside number

sir,

i want to forward incoming call in to the mobilephone.i set it in manage pstn line on forward outside no.
i have two pstn line in same no: in this case it did not forward to the outside number.when i connect in a pstn line with in a single line it forwarded to the outside number

is it did not forward to the outside number in hunting line

so please gave me the information how to configure this issue
