Hi All!

Was wondering if someone has done something similar with their call flows. One of our clients has asked if the below call flow is possible, all I can see is either a Prioritized Hunt or Ring All, no option to ring only 1 user first before then forwarding the call to a Call Group. What I've tried to do is create another ring group with the overflow users and fake user with a 1 sec forwarding rule, which doesn't appear to properly work. However I think the issue might be that this fake user is unregistered so that once the prioritized hunt goes to this user, instead of forwarding to the Ring Group it will drop the call. I've put the flows below to better conceptualize, so I'm hoping this makes sense to someone else

Ideal Flow
Main Call In -> Reception User Rings Only -> (If doesn't pick up in 5 secs) -> Goes to a call group with multiple phones to all ring at once.

Current Flow
Main Call In -> Reception User Rings -> (If Doesn't pick up in 5 secs) -> Goes to Overflow user 1 - (If doesn't pick up in 5 secs) -> Goes to Overflow user 2

Tested Flow (Doesn't Work)
Main Call In -> Reception User Rings -> (If Doesn't pick up in 5 secs) -> Goes to Fake Overflow User (with forwarding rule set to 1 sec) -> Goes to Ring Group with Ring All having Overflow 1, Overflow 2, etc users)

Why not just define the RIng Group as the forwarding rule in your reception user? Why does it have to go through the fake user?
