Call history with prefix ?

I have an IP Phone SPA962 of Linksys.
When I received a missing call, the number is written in the list of the missed numbers. But I can't call back it because there is no prefix.
How is that the number records itself with the prefix of call ?

The number recorded should be as sent by CID and not influenced by 3CX. If you require a specific constant prefix to dial out, for me that would be "1" before all but my local area code, just enter into outbound rule. My outbound rules define different prefix based on local, North America and international.

For me in France replace 33 by 00
so 33172727272 -> 00172727272
