Call is dropped when receiving E-Mail

This issue is very weird.
It seems, that when I get a notification on my Android handy (3CX Client installed) about a new mail arrived on my local Exchange-Server-Mailbox, the call on my desktop phone is dropped immediately.

I was never able to reproduce the issue by myself.
But I was able to get a log from the latest occurrence today.
