Call is not displayed for individual 3CX Softphones

Hello Community,
I have a Problem with the 3CX Softphone.

In the case of each of the Laptops of Lenovo brand (max a year old) calls on the 3CX Softphone displays (after 20 seconds, the Mailbox answering), if you have to install the Config on another Laptop it goes without any problems (calls to be immediately displayed).

Windows Firewall / Antivir (which has a Firewall) was disabled and still the Problem occurs?

Anyone have an idea?

I am not sure I understand what you are describing. On some laptops the 3CX Phone app does nothing on some laptops? Could you try rephrasing your issue?
