Call issue on conference phone

Hi
We are having an issue with our Konftel conference phone where when you make a call it start to ring straight away on the konftel but the phone you are ringing doesn't ring
We have tried re-provisioning it change ports cables switches etc but no joy
Do you know what could be causing this problem

More detail is needed.

This is like saying "My car, an Audi, does not work. What can be wrong? We turn the starter and hear it try, but the car does not start".

Where is the other phone, internal or external? Do you have any logs you can post? Is the Konftel able to make a call anywhere? Is it registered? Can you call a Digital receptionists and hear audio, voice mail?
