I did the update to 20.0.6.724 this weekend. Since the update not one outbound call has been call journaled. All of the inbound calls are journaling as expected.

I even downloaded the latest template generator and build a whole new crm package just in case I was missing something that was added in the update. It is giving me the same results. It test just fine from the program.

I just turned on verbose logging for a bit, and did not see any entries in the log for outbound call journaling, I did see call journals for inbound calls.

I will reset all services after hours tonight to see if it's just something jammed up. But I figured I would get this post out as a head start to ideas, just in case there is something I should be looking for.

Bug in U6. If there's no EntityId and EntityType on your output for outbound calls, they won't get logged.

If you do not have EntityID as ConceptsWeb mentioned the calls will not be journaled in U6. This has been addressed in U7. However if you do have EntityID configured and you are still experiencing issues please send me a pm with a support info files in verbose, replicating the issue so we can further check.

Do I just add anything to the Entity ID and Entity Order field in the Report Call?

Thank you all for the help so for. I have the lookup properly giving output for EntityID now. But still no dice on outgoing calls getting journaled. I am going to forward some info to lliassL.
