3cx system debian on premise 18 update 939. We have noticed that calls originate from an extension to one or more external numbers which are then forwarded to a further external number. In the call logs that I allocate I see two outgoing calls from the extension to two external numbers which then become a call between two external numbers even if no trace of the transfer is kept, I assume that it is my extension that transfers the call. How can I determine which clients were logged in at that time on that extension? Is it possible to know if it was a smartphone or weblcient app and from which public IP it was connected? Thank you in advance

At that time in the Phones sections you are able to see the registered extensions and from which client/public ip.

Then I have to do an analysis. On calls made that appear in the logs. So I need to see where these calls came from.

They noticed from the call bill that they are not returning them. So we need to carry out an analysis that brings results. This call came from this extension from this IP etc... If they were pierced, do we also need to understand how? Does 3CX not have tools to perform these analyses? consult internal log files?

There is no internal tool to extract such specific information. This requires a combination of logs and might also require to check the bin log viewer for more information.

I suggest the implementation of an access register since the control panel is directly exposed, an access list would be useful. We are talking about an IP exchange that accepts connections with external authentication
