This situation appear only from latest December update.

Can you also share the specs of the machine? (CPU model, RAM amount, disk size and available free space)

CPU Model 58, name: Intel Core i7-3770 3,40GHZ, Little Endian
RAM 8GB
Disk size: 240 GB, used 11%

When the problem starts, do you see any services that have stopped working?

Also do you notice high CPU or RAM usage?

The situation appear when was weekend or holiday, from 24 December, 3 or 4 times until now. I have scheduled an daily report at 7:00 AM, when I dont receive this report I know it's a problem. Latest time when the problem was, I checked the services and PhoneSystem Nginx Server and Database Server had 0 at CPU Usage, Threads and Handles. I restarted Nginx Server service, nothing happend, when I restarted Database Server, the problem where gone and all was working normally. I called my reseller and we did Debian OS updates in hope to solve the problem..but it still appear. Now the mentioned services has 0 in CPU Usage, Threads and Handles

I didnt noticed any high CPU or RAM usage.

Just to throw my two cents in.

I had an issue where the call logs, recordings didnt recording for a few days until the Windows Server VM restarted again.

The missing logs were from 4th Dec - 6th Dec. Lucky the server rebooted over the weekend so they didnt lose too much logging.

They would have been on whatever the update was at that time as it's set to update every saturday.

They're in Prof Perpetual 16.0.4.493 now with plenty of resources.
