Call Log - Extension in Parentheses

Good Day,

I see some test calls from our UM in the Call Log. Under the "From" header, the Extension is in parentheses like:

(287)

Where regular extension calls under the "From" header are without parentheses like this:

237

External calls are in parentheses like "(4448350097)" and we also have people listed as "Firstname Lastname (827)"

What does the inclusion of the parentheses indicate?

The Call log format represents the actual number in parentheses. The format is: First name, Last name, (number).

Thanks, but you misunderstand. Per my example I just have the three digit ext under "From" with no user names, Some are (237) and others are 237. I see the first last name in other entries but the ones I'm asking about just have the ext.
