Call Log not showing ring group calls

In our business we have a lot of employees with dect phones. Some of these are first aiders. We have an internal first aid number ( 300 ) which is a ring group ( ring all ).

I tested the first aid number and then I looked in the call logs and I couldn't search for calls to the first aid number. When I looked for my call, it showed me calling the first aider that answered the phone first. But it doesn't indicate that it came via the 300 number.

What am I doing wrong? How can I see who called the First Aid number?

You can find more information regarding who answered which call in your RG using the Ring Group Statistics Report:



It will tell you who How many calls came to the RG and which extensions answered the calls.

thats better than no report but isn't it possible to see who called the ring group ?
