Call log says call not answered but phones do not ring

Hi I have just completed a fresh install of 3cx V15 (fully updated) in a fresh and fully updated Win10 Pro box. I have configured everything as usual (I have deployed about 6 3cx systems now) I call the number and nothing seems to happen. When I check the call logs I keep getting from: my number; To Reception; Talking Not Answered

It is driving me crazy. Has anyone had this and can they offer help?

I have restarted services / ran firewall check. I have also uninstalled and setup from scratch. Still same issue.

More information would be helpful.

What type of sets are you using?
Is everything local, or are some remote? If remote, how are they set up?
Have you set up any outside trunks? Do they work
Does this happen in both directions?
Other than a call to Reception, do calls between other extensions work?

Post a log of one of the calls (Activity Log), from start to end.

Is the issue only occurring with calls coming from the provider? If so is it a supported provider? Can you perform outbound calls?

Everything is setup properly. Firewall check is green, etc. Sometimes it does manage to dial out.

Compare an Activity Log, of a working call, to one that fails.
