Call logs and Reports data while upgrading

I have 3cx standard subscription and don't have access to reports but can see call history up to 3 months. I was wondering, if I upgrade the license to pro, will it give me the call history report from day one of my subscription or it will generate the report of maximum 3 months back.

Hi @afzal,

Once you upgrade, you will have access to all calls in the report, not just the last 3 months prior (provided there is a history prior).
