Hello everyone,
There's a puzzle I still try to solve. Have a cloud-hosted PBX with 12 DIDs assigned to the only SIP trunk, now trying to retrieve the DIDs called from external numbers. I know it's impossible to do using built-in reporting tools, but this forum's posts suggest to try CDR instead. So I enabled CDR service and downloaded the log file just to realize this approach doesn't seem to work, too. The list of CDR output fields configured indeed includes 'to-no', 'to-dn' and 'dial-no' ones, yet the output files shows no information on Inbound Rules DIDs called.
Do I overlook something?
Some info on PBX in question:
3CX Version: Enterprise Annual 18.0 Update 9 (Built 20)
Server OS: Debian 9 v16.0.655
Is the 3CX Server Hosted: no
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: Yealink T58A v58.86.0.39
Provisioning Method: SBC
Trunk Provider: Vitelity
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO
